International Orders:
We offer International Shipping to all COUNTRIES, With free shipping on orders over $150 to ensure every 0.2 member on the planet will have the ability to proudly wear their identity.
International Orders (Excluding Canada):
All international orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees.
Canada Orders:
All orders shipped to Canada are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means duties and taxes are included at checkout, and no additional payment is required upon delivery.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at: support@zeropointwo.com. within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
