Refund policy
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at: support@zeropointwo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to exchange
1. contact our costumer service team at: support@zeropointwo.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.
2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and send out your new item within 7 business days.
Additional information:
- costumers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Refunded orders with free shipping incur a 5% restocking fee on the total order amount.
- if the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
- we do not offer exchanges on sale items, final sale items, or undergarments for hygiene reasons
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: Orders that include a free gift are considered final sale and are non-refundable. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability.
Duties & Taxes on International Orders
For international shipments made under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), all customs duties, taxes, and fees are collected at checkout to ensure a smooth, delay-free delivery.
Please note:
Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
These fees are remitted to your country’s customs agency through our shipping partners and cannot be recovered once payment is processed.
